Upon event zm dial up via 56k modem & email notification

I have ZoneMinder working fine but now what I am wanting it to do is dial up to the internet and email a notification the a specified email address.
Anyone have any idea how I'd be able to do this? I've searched and come up with zilch

Intending on putting pc in a holiday home and if there is an intruder it will dial up and email a picture[s] and say theres been an intrusion.
Cant have it sitting on connected to the internet all the time

You probably want something like diald to do dial-up for you, or to set up the PPP daemon's dial-on-demand. I've been on broadband long enough that I don't remember the fine details though...
