Need help accessing remotely

I have port forwarding setup and it works
If I use my wan ip and go to stuff like
Plex - 234.567.89.10:32400
or radaar- 234.567.89.10:7878

But when I try 234.567.89.10/zm nothing pulls up.
On my local network 192.169.5.90/zm pulls up fine.

I’m Assuming this is a Apache issue, when I view the directory I get this

It could be the difference between http and https.

001-zonemidner is red... this normally means broken link, at least on my systems it does...
