CCTV PCI Card for Videosecu Infared Camera

Hi, I am fairly new and rather confused on what PCI Card to purchase for my linux based machine. I want to be able to record 2 cameras with one PCI card, save the footage on my hard drive, and be able to view the feed at any time. Would that be possible? If not what pci card should I get for my video secu camera's that work through a BNC connector! Thanks alot!

I'm recommending the PV-149 from Bluecherry; costs more but's also no crap shoot like I made with my first 2 cards.
