It has taken a while but I have managed to get to work with ZoneMinder 1.25.0 for 90% satisfaction.
Nomarlly the device should be able to get a resolution from 702 * 576.
Unfortunately so far I manage only to get half this resolution.
The source I used:

Capture width = 352
Capture heigth = 288
The camera should be able to stream via rtps but I am not able to manage this.
So when somebody has a good solution for this I am willing to try this
According to my findings this stream link should simular to user:pass@ip_address:port/11
When I link zoneminder to this I get Quicktime format errors?
You have to create a new control to be able to use PTZ
Main
For the control capability the Name of the file and the protocol should be the same
at least otherwise it didn't work for me.
