I have this unit working, I was getting a lot of failures, and it would drop off line after a short
time of operation, I observed a note from another member that the frame rate of ZM and the
camera should be the same, I went it and set the camera to the same as the max frame
on my ZM system, that appears to have helped the off line issue.
I also have been trying to use the RSTP function. If I use VLC, I go in and select <network
device>, I then select RSTP, enter the address and the port (554) and get a stream. When I
try to set up ZM, I get no video. Any idea of what I am doing wrong, I do not see any additional path to the RTSP source. VLC shows good video, but ZM just does not see it.
Any ideas of what is going on?

I have the latest on there, indeed the firmware on it is newer than what I see posted on
the site. I still can not get good colour out of it though, but it does great night imaging. I
have played with the settings, done a reset and started over but regardless the day
time images look like IR images, all the greens are white.

I have disregarded the colour issue, the cam works great at night even with the IR off!!
BUT, once I got it installed in a location I want to monitor, I turned on MOCORD and found
that there are single frame artifacts that are causing it to record them as events.
I have looked at them and what I see is a frame that is blue or red or green.
If you want to see what they look like you can go to this address

Go the camera labelled "porch" and look at the events for it. I have fiddled with the frame
rate, on both ZM and the camera but no luck.

A follow up on the on going problem with the abs megacam. Here are some of the error
messages ZM tosses while communicating with this cam.
The number of extraneous bytes will vary from a low of 20+ bytes to 75 bytes (that is
the largest number I have seen) most are around 40 to 50 bytes.

I'm having the exact same problem. Have you found a solution?I also have been trying to use the RSTP function. If I use VLC, I go in and select <network>, I then select RSTP, enter the address and the port (554) and get a stream. When I
