I had to enable shared memory on my FC4 system to be able to view video... now if i could just figure out why the memory that apache uses isnt released back when i close the page.. seems whenever i open a monitor page it eats up more memory and its never released back to the system so eventually i run out.

in options-->Paths change /cgi-bin/nph-zms to /cgi-bin/zms and see if it helps.

What is your StartServers, MinSpareServers, and MinSpareThreads set to in your httpd.conf (prefork.c and worker.c modules)? Probably would be a good idea to crank them down a bit since you're really only hosting the ZM Console.
