Hi Doug, thanks for the feedback.dougmccrary wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 6:39 am Hmm. Works here on bionic,

I think it's a matter of test: probably the bug is present only on ARM platform.
I found that the first platform normally tested by developers is x86.
Probably the developers didn't yet test that button on ARM.
Please, are there users on the same platform (ARM, i.e. Odroid, Radxa, Raspberry) of mine with the same issue?
thanks
Note: i found another little bug. It happens randomically. When I ask to cancel ALL the events in some cases not all the events are canceled.

Re: Issue: Force Alarm button not working
on the cancel there's often some delay - try waiting a few and recheck.

Thanks, Doug.dougmccrary wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 8:23 am on the cancel there's often some delay - try waiting a few and recheck.
I understood the issue.
The button is not working when the CAM is in Monitor mode (in MODECT way is working).
Probably the developer wants in this way...but in ZM 1.30.4 it's working in Monitor mode too!
thanks

Re: Issue: Force Alarm button not working
Monitor mode means no recording. Use Nodect. Yes I know it's confusing, it's why I wrote all that text around the function setting. It will be made better in 1.38.
Re: Issue: Force Alarm button not working
ahahahah

that's ok, Isaac! the important is the functionality!
I was trying to replicate same functionalities/usage I have on 1.30.4. I'm an old guy....hahahahah

I found an high level of maturity in this version: finally solved the issue on events storage/visualization for mjpeg cameras on ARM platform I found in the past.
Please have a look on the "deleting events" functionality: it seems not all the events are deleted even if asked to the app the deletion of all events.
Not a big issue: it's enough to apply more time the same command..
Thanks
PS: confirmed, working the button in Nodect mode, thanks
