1.37.4x rtsp passwords with special chars broken
I just upgraded from 1.37.28 to 1.37.42, and my rtsp streams broke. (Also confirmed the same behavior in 1.37.40) The tldr is that it seems passwords are being handled differently, and that special characters aren't being URI escaped correctly (my guess.) I followed the above link and, as expected, ended up with a zmrepo.asc file in /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/. But, this did not solve the problem for me. I'm running ZM on RPi OS 64-bit, so this is likely the cause. Instead, this is what worked for me: curl -L https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/archive-...
