Anyone know if you can stream a mantage video out. IE to send a mantage view to a tv or monitor permanantly?

i can understand that but if my isp gives me unlimited traffic or a big amount of traffic then i can talk my boss into it. Obviously if the traffic is to high we would have to make it password access or something but I will se next week

what sort af access do you need we have a ton of space left on our web server at our isp. I will check what our limits are for storage and bandwidth and let you know. Not sure that ftp is available though

Just playing now and wondered if my philips webcam will work on this or should i give up. I read something earlier about someone falling out with the kernel developers and pulling the plug on his philips drivers

if i had more bandwidth id host it at work for you but im only on 256k upload. If we increase it I wouldnt mind hosting stuff for you

I would assume ur live cd has already done that for me cos i can get 2 inputs working great. Slows down to 5 fps but it would.
I habe tried 768 x 576 and it does work!!

Si i can put anything in there and it will work i have only tried 640 x 480 and 320 x 240 but pal can goto 720x576 so i was hoping on my high res cameras to set at this?

what cards seem to be the ones to use. I currently use a hauppage 64405 and can confirm that 2 inputs work but not at real time ( i assume this is because its a single chip) My query is that my card cost me about £60 but the 4 ways i have seen with 4 chips on are like £150 is this right??

no i havnt but i have noticed that if i change the res its best to restart zm. I have donr this and i can now get 640 x 480 but i currently only have 1 cam on it will try with 2. Is there any point in going higher than 640 x 480 ie can the camera output this and the card connvert this or am i wastin...
