Just a quick note. The ati tv wonder ve works out of the box as a cheap 1 cam card. There about $30.00

How would I set up my source? Right now, I have /dev/video0

Input one is correct however,
320x240 is an NTSC size (American)
240x288 is am PAL size (Europe and Asia)

Set the correct format for the devce/cam you have plugged into the card.
