1.36.34?

Is there a problem with .34 keeping you from releasing it?
Probably more of a mental block... Time is always an issue. I'm going through a lot financially.. and devoting time to 1.36 doesn't make me any money... whereas working on 1.37 often does. I could just release it as is but then there would be a bunch of things prompting a .35.
Ideally someone else would take over maintainership, similar to how it works with the linux kernel.
