1.37.53 cannot add or change monitor

Hello!

Recently i just updated to 1.37.53.
Now i cant change anything in any monitor nor can add a new one. The error is this every time:

It was worked fine with 1.37.45.

1.37.51 is okay, 1.37.53 is not.
