Events only 9 to 10 seconds

Hello,
I have the problem with Zoneminder that events are only recorded in the 9 to 10 second range and are canceled in the middle of the movement.
In the buffer settings I had already set the pre-event and post-event buffers to 5 seconds but that didn't help either.
Currently only one camera works with Modect in the sub-stream and Nodect in the mainstream.
Now I have a nice example where you can see that two consecutive events even overlap. So it's an event that is "chopped" by Zoneminder.
At the same time, I'm currently testing Zoneminder 1.37.47 and there too, only 10 second events are created.
