modect any sensitivity preset not recording

Hello. I'm new with Zoneminder.
I have tried all the preset under the zone setting for the motion detection but unfortunatly it doesn't record.
To test the recording, i set it to record and it is working.
any help would be appreciated.

Ignore the presets, they are not relevant these days.

I got it working but can't seems to get the right sensitivy .... it's either it's almost constantly recording then if I just increase the min pixel threshold by 1 then it no longer record.
For the zone the way my camera is position I want to full zone to be motion detection recording.

What is the camera resolution and blending?
Usually the defaults work for a full screen zone.
