Default sort order for events in web display

In the past, if I clicked on the list of events and then sorted them, for example, by start time in descending order (newest to oldest), ZoneMinder seemed to remember that and display it that way subsequently. However, it's not doing that for me anymore. Every time I click on any list of events, they are in ascending order. It does seem to remember the sorting variable. For example, if I click Id instead of Start Time, it will be listed by Id the next time, but it will be in ascending order even if I had most recently set it to descending. This is rather annoying, because I almost always want the list in descending order. How can I get it to use descending order by default?
As for what changed between before and now with my config, I'm not really sure. I've been making a lot of changes lately, including restoring a backup from the previous ZoneMinder version due to a hard drive failure, but I don't remember seeing a setting that might have caused this behavior or allow me to fix it.
