Significant Lab Between Main Feed and Sub Feed

Post by KL222999 »

Hello ZM Community,

This is my first post to the focums. I added several Reolink 810A cameras to ZM and each shows a significant difference between the sub res feed and main res feed. The main res feed is always way behind but the sub res feed is near realtime. I added both feeds via ZMs build in Console >> Add >> ONVIF >>> IPC-122<Version 1.22> widard and accepted most all default settings. As suggest by many ZM tutorials, the subfeed (MODECT) triggers the main feed (NODECT) to minimize resource consumption. Any suggestions to fix this issue is much appreciated.

Do they appear in sync using the app?

I see your LOG is red. This means there are errors happening. Maybe you will find more info there?
