No video in events

Hi, in this box, ZM no video shows in events but sound is ok.
Other boxes no issue found.

You are trying to play h265 and your browser has no support.

No image on Chrome also.
I use the same browser in another box and haven't this issue.
Rare.

Ok, in log got this: Unable to decode frame at frame 0: -11 Resource temporarily unavailable, continuing

After correcting a misconfiguration, the events are displayed correctly. With or without video compression. It´s insane to say that the browser does not accept HVEC.

I am getting the exact same error during events in which frames are alarmed. My events seem to cut off afterwards. Do you remember what settings you had to correct? Thanks in advance
