Single moment in time snapshot

Is there a way on the web interface to generate a moment in time snapshot from a monitor? I know you can set your monitor to `record` and store all of the frames in addition to the videos, but that takes up a lot of memory and having to go search for the correct frame is not a great experience. I also know you can get a single moment in time snapshot from the command-line, but again, doing that outside of the flow of the web interface is not a great experience.

If you use ZMNinja, it can do that.

Sweet! Just to be super clear. Here is the general way I was thinking about this:
1. Be able to take a snap shot from montage and montage review
2. Store that snapshot in an intuitive place that can be accessed at any time
3. Be able to download the snapshot
1 and 3 are the most important to me.
