When I access ZM from an IP, I get the right skin - http://192.168.1.4/zm/index.php
When I access from a URL, it looks like I don't get the same styling - https://www.mydomain.com/zm/index.php

As far as I can tell, all CSS's, JS's, fonts etc... are accessible through both the URL and IP when I inspect on Chrome.

Options -> Web -> HOME_URL

Actually it looks like it is just choosing classic css instead of base css.

The skin is stored in a cookie, so changes depending on url. Just go Opions->Display and play around with the two options. skin=classic, css=base is the default nicer looking style.
