Connecting the DVR archive to the program

Tell me if the program supports the connection of DVRs and cameras using the native Dahua API? Or just use the RTSP link?
In order not to duplicate the archive on the server with the program, is it possible to connect the video archive from the Dahua DVR to the ZoneMinder program?
