Phishing, hacking, and scamming are a large issue that is not slowing down. Even if that was not the case all systems at this point especially those that could be exposed to the Internet should have 2-factor authentication. Zoneminder should be no different and requires a 2-factor authentication solution be implemented.

There are many free implementations with limitations that would suit many. Auth0 universal login for instance is free for 7000 users and unlimited logins. My thought is this would be an optional add-on with separate configuration if someone wanted to implement as Zoneminder and zmninja login authentication.
