how much it hung, did a hard reset. No such problems were observed.
and iotop does not see problems in hdd

At night, the CPU load drops, then grows again. while the traffic does not drop

What is server kur?
Do you have ecc memory? if not, have you tested it recently?
Do you have video acceleration available?
Is your database in an ssd?

So not ECC. Just to be sure, I'd run a test like memtest86 a couple passes.

I habve the same problem with 1.36. all 4 Cores are at 100%…with 1.37 ist comes down a bit. I use bullseye. Zm stopped the machine is at 25%, with zm started immedialtely at 100% no matter Cameras are disabled or in Monitor.

When i run shinobi only one Core is at about 80%.

updated to .19 immediately ate all the memory and the server hung. reverted back to .11

Just a shot in the dark but how are your CPU core temperatures in the daytime? Is it throttling due to heat during the day but then cooling off at night?

Here is the monthly schedule. After rebooting the server, the cpu became under 100, before that it worked by half.

it's all about memory. He returned what was standing, the CPU load returned to normal 40-50%. I put a new one, cpu 100%.

the problem was solved by replacing the memory with 2 * R7416G2133U2S-U
CPU usage is back to 40-50%
