sub stream for online viewing

Hello. Is it possible to use a sub stream to watch the main stream online?
There is a main stream, it is being recorded, online viewing does not work - the recording function is enabled without Analysis Enabled and without Decoding Enabled.
enabled RTSPServer. You can watch through the application, but you need a stream to the site.
I would like to be able to view online from the sub stream, to reduce the load on the CPU
