when you scrub a timeline with multiple events, instead of making ffmpeg get the thumbnails of every event at the same time, which usually causes a too many connections error, can you limit it to 10 or so?

also can i set it somewhere to scrub the ffmpeg pictures to another drive? like maybe a smaller ssd?
i dont see this option in the settings anywhere.
