FOSCAM VZ4 4MP Outdoor Security WiFi Camera. On my phone the Foscam App works fine, good image. Laptop/Desktop: http://[user:pw]IP:88 displays a page with a login/pw page and instructions to download an App. When I click I get a foscam 404 page. I've also tried to add it to ZM - no joy either. And so far support @ FC is no joy.

Suggestions please.

I'm able to get VLC to display using
rtsp://fc1:43fce4321x@192.168.0.71:88/videoMain
but not is ZM

:88 is usually http, tried that instead of rtsp?

I've tried with and without the "88" and http/rtsp - no joy. Could be the version of ZM, it's older on an older box (sleeping dog...).

Oh, and I did hear from Foscam - "You need to pay Bill Gates several hundred dollars in tribute to use our product".

You have log errors from zoneminder?
Or info logs at least depending on your log settings?

hmm what version? Does it have General -> Source Type = Ffmpeg?

Cambozola is unchecked, I suppose.

I can only guess maybe you have an older version of ffmpeg - I have 7 something. But if that's the case upgrading it may break everything.
