Disable triggering alert during certain time period?

I have a doorbell camera that today was triggering events, one after the other. My front door faces due east. I have a flag above my front porch. Unfortunately, at just the wrong moment with a breeze, the video has near-constant motion. This problem only lasts about an hour or two. I would love to have it automatically stop triggering from around 9-10:30ish in the morning and then resume as normal after that. I'm hoping that the video link works.
