Database issues restore from non-docker

Post by unimog404 »

I try to migrate my zoneminder installation into docker.
I am actually running v1.36.12 on ubuntu.

When I create docker image and try to restore my database I have in https://github.com/dlandon/zoneminder.machine.learning as well as in https://github.com/zoneminder-containers repo the issue that I could not create or delete events. I could also not delete existing monitors but I am able to create new monitos and detele these.

If I go for the https://github.com/ZoneMinder/zmdockerfiles repo I could restore without issues but I would like to use eventserver.

I already tried several times and also just to restore event tables but all withour luck. had anybody simliar expirience or soem tip realated to issues after database restore?

Probably more a Docker Q than ZM. I'll guess you need to look at UID/GID type stuff.
