Request for Support Zoneminder

Dear Zoneminder,
We had an incident where our zoneminder portal was breached.
I want to request support so see what they have done to our system, we want to pay for this.
On the website of zonemidner support is offererd, except the chat function is not available.
Looking forward to an answer.

If they don't, is there another way to get support on zoneminder?
Is there an email adres to contact someone?
Again we are willing to pay for it, and our support will only take maybe 1 hour or so.
