[SOLVED] Blurred Video after update

Hi!
I update from 1.34.26 to v1.36.12 but now are the Videos are blurred.
How can I fix that?

Are you using Ffmpeg?

It seems to be an network issue. After rebooting the router zoneminder stores the videos normaly.
