Hello,

I would like to take a monthly backup of events by downloading them. But when i tried to download even 2 days of events it get stuck at exporting (attached). Alternatively, I am already taking file backups but the download method is more effective because of huge compression capability.

You may be running out of ram. Check your logs, specifically apache logs. You may need to increase the memroy limit in php.ini.

Also, it may just be taking forever. If you are zipping a ton of files... it takes time.

I could not find anything in error logs. But i set following values like this in php.ini:

max_execution_time=180
memory_limit=1024M

I also increased server memory to 26GB. But none of those have helped. Please check attached file.
