Live view goes blank

Working on a new setup 1.36.11. When I live view a camera everything seems fine for about a minute and then goes blank. This is happening when viewing from an iPad, iPhone and desktop browser.
I kinda remember from years ago there's an apache setting that needs to be configured to fix this but after searching here in the forums I haven't found it.
