zmninja stream is slow but zmc in chrome smooth

I have version 1.36 and the latest zmninja on mac desktop with other phones that might not be the latest. All the zmninja apps have lag on live view. I have tried WIFI and wired to make sure, but wifi or wired if I open ZM in chrome all is smooth and beautiful. zmninja is the only problem you can see lag.
I have not really touched any of the zmninja settings, accept some settings I played with from a post [viewtopic.php?t=28361]
I'm not sure what else I can probide. Do ask and I will provide
