Second monitor keeps crashing

I have two identical cameras in Zoneminder and while monitor 1 works great, monitor 2 keeps crashing constantly when trying to view it. I see this in the logs:
'zmc -m 1' crashed, signal 8
Any idea where to begin? System is running on a VM with 4vCPUs and 4GB or RAM.

Please check your zms logs and ensure that CGI is enabled in apache and check that the PATH_ZMS is set correctly. Make sure that ZM is actually recording. If you are trying to view a live stream and the capture process (zmc) is not running then zms will exit.
