New Linux user cant get logitech c920s to work

Hello All
I am new to using linux, my computer skills are limited but am willing to learn to make this work.
I'm running ubuntu studio, the camera works fine through VLC.
the following link is how i installed zoneminder

these are the settings i added based on another article i read.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
