Hoobs and zoneminder on same pi4 (raspbian)

Since hoobs uses nginx and zm Apache I changed Apache listening port to 8081. However I could only get Apache splash page even tho ZM is running as per status. Im pretty sure it’s something to do with rewrite rules. If anyone has any suggestions regarding which install directions to follow for this situation. Up until now I tried pi4 and Debian 10 directions
