Bullseye is to be released on 12AUG21. The Debian 11 mirrors contain Zoneminder 1.34.23. So it may be possible to upgrade Buster to Bullseye with few issues. At a minimum, though, I would take a dump of the zm database in your Buster system just-in-case.
