Image failure on YouSee Cameras

The images from my cameras are getting blurry. It usually happens at the bottom of the images. They are usually blurry or gray.
This only happens with 1920x1080 resolution

If I set with 640x360 resolution, it decreases 80% (rtsp://admin:password@ip:554/onvif2)
