Zoneminder.com web site seems to be down these days

Now the link says that "Warning : Potential Security Risk Ahead "
If accept the risk and continue , you get only a blank screen.

Was a change of IP, I can see that in my DNS.
There's mention the AWS ELB was the bit that changed IP. (On Slack)
