Avigilon H4

Good morning all,
I am trying to get Avigilon H4 cameras to work.
In VLC I can have the RTSP stream but it does not work in Zoneminder. Can you help me ?
The flow on the cmaera interface must be of the type: Unicast: rtsp://admin:password@xx.xx.x.x/defaultPrimary?streamType=u
But nothing is displayed in Zoneminder ...
