'zmaudit.pl -c' exited abnormally, exit status 255

Hi!
Zoneminder -1.35.4 GIT 4. june 2020.
Slackware64-current, ZM compiled/installed/configured by myself. All works excellent, except zmaudit.pl.
Every ten minutes a log shows:
I noticed this on previous versions also (1.30.0 -->).
Is there any settings or else, to disable this?
To help debug, what to set up, to catch this (log setings)?
