Software to stream from MacBook iSight camera over RTSP?

Hi.
In order to test my planned ZoneMinder setup before buying a "real" IP camera, I'd like to try to stream video from my MacOS MacBook built-in camera over RTSP.
Is anyone aware of software which would allow me to achieve that?
The idea is that I want to be able to add a source like `rtsp://my-mac-ip-address:port/path` to ZoneMinder (which is installed on a separate Linux server as a Docker image) and see the video stream that the Mac's built in camera sees.
