can't get ffmpeg image

Hello ,we now have a issue with ZM getting rtsp image.

We now have a rtsp stream with aac audio,and it can play on vlc player.

The stream profile is:

Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264)
Type: Video
Video resolution: 640x480
Buffer dimensions: 640x480
Decoded format:
Orientation: Top left
Color primaries: ITU-R BT.601(625-line 50 Hz)

Type: Audio
Channels: Mono
Sample rate: 8000 Hz
Bits per sample: 32


But we can not get the stream image on ZM.

This log mean we have to install a graphics card in our ZM machine?

for some reason ffmpeg can't open the codec. I don't know why. Turn on debug logging at at least level 3.

Some ffmpeg's don't include support for aac... but they would be really ancient.

Oh and you don't need a graphics card in "your" machine. You need to buy us all graphics cards! (By us I mean me).

Maybe even two of them! They must be the latest and greatest from AMD. Cuz right now all I have is old nvidia.

update:

We change the machine with graphics card and the log message show "HWACCEL in use",but we still not get the image.

The log show error "is not implemented. Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented."

Our machine OS is ubuntu 16.04 and the ffmpeg version is already the newest version (7:2.8.15-0ubuntu0.16.04.1).

We don't understand what the problem is?
