Socket /var/run/zm/zms-813930s.sock

I'm getting the following error messages in my apache 2 error log.
Can anyone please assist me? all monitors are working and displaying video in the montage.
This server is running 1.33.15
I made sure CGI is enabled. I have no idea how to check if the PATH_ZMS is set correctly, but I don't think I would be getting video if it wasn't. I also went and installed cambozilla but have never needed it on any of the other zone minder servers I've built.
This is on x86 hardware, htop shows about 30% cpu usage, and about 25% ram usage, so the server is not over loaded.
