Hi everyone, new to ZM.

I was able to set everything up and it's working fine, however, I'm wondering if the camera resolution is not what it claims to be.

I purchased a Vstarcam C16S and I am able to detect it through the onvif section, but the it only shows me a 720 profile and 360 profile. This cam is allegedly 1080. Is ZM not detecting the profile or is the cam possibly not really a 1080 cam?

Famous Chinese products that claim 1080 but are really 720. I have a vstarCam as well it claimed to be 1080 but i can only get 720 as well.
