openalpr

I need to install openalpr on ubuntu 18.04. can anybody guide how to do that.

I installed it but I can't integrate it into the Zoneminders addon "https://github.com/pliablepixels/zmeventnotification".
The zmeventnotification-addon uses the API from openalpr and there are only 1000 calls free per months.
So Im looking for a solution to install my own openalpr server and use it for ALPR.
Maybe there is somebody who can help me / us for do that?
