Grandstream and Zoneminder version

Hi
I noticed in the release notes there are issues with zoneminder and grandstream cameras that was discovered arround build version v1.28.1 (https://github.com/ZoneMinder/ZoneMinde ... ag/v1.28.1).
Is there a list of the symptoms outside the one that is noted to still be fixed in that build?
