Camera view scaling

I have mostly old 640x480 cameras. But my new 1080P camera is great. Until you go to Montage or just view an event from it. I always have to change the scale to 1/2 for it.
Please add a per-camera field that you can specify the scale on each camera.
Another note on the HD camera; in Montage if the HD camera is last or second to last in the list of cameras it doesn't even show up on the montage. But when I move it up on the list it does show... larger than the rest of course, but it shows.
