AXIS 215 PTZ not working.

Hi,
I followed instructions given in this article

After clicking on an arrow i see a message like that Control response was status = undefined
message = /usr/bin/zmcontrol.pl --panstep=64 --command=moveRelLeft --id=1=>
System - Ubuntu 14.04, ZM 1.28.0
