Log viewer always starts at beginning and scrolls

Hi folks,
Hopefully I'm missing something really obvious here. I just upgraded my environment to ZM 1.27.1 built from latest source. I have everything functioning properly except for the log viewer. Every time I start it, it starts displaying the earliest log entries and then proceeds to scroll through all of them until it gets to the current ones. In previous versions it would start at the latest entries and then scroll as new ones came in. Any ideas how to get it to function as before?

Having the same problem. Makes installing,configuring and testing a timeconsuming concept
Anyone foud a cause for this peculiar behaviour yet?
