cant start ZM - Strict Subs in use...?

i got 1.2.3 installed fine using the puppet module grate work thanks,
all was fine untill ZM stoped working, i went to restart it and now i have this error when i try and start it

failure

when i go to the web page i get
Not Found
The requested URL /undefined was not found on this server.

i tryed a database fix but did not fit it, says all is ok.
so i am at a loss as to what todo next.
